"deactivated by NGibas"?

Very excited to hear that the ST I ordered on 2/9/22 is finally scheduled to build in May. Thought I might have to cancel it and find something else. But looking over the order I see something odd. If I click on the details of the Premium Technology Package, at the top of that box it says "DEACTIVATED by NGibas - 3/18/22". WTF is that?

Welcome to the Forum Andy.
Haven't seen that reported before. Perhaps it pertains to the multicontour seats due to the chip shortage and a dealer install when the chip is available? NGibas could be a person's name. There's always something new these days.

I googled it before I posted, and all I could find was that same phrase in dealer listings for vehicles. No explanation anywhere. If it's a control delete for the multicontour seats that would make sense. I'm not sure Ford could easily leave out anything else in the package.
