Dead electrical system - Hello from Orlando

its been a while since last time on the forum and see if anyone can help me out
I have 95 Ford Explorer after I change out the starter I start to have electric problems I change out starter relay and battery cable was able to get it to start once then next time I try lost all power
Waited thru out the day to try again was getting power turn the key and lost the power took the battery in to get tested found I had dead cell
I replace the battery hook up the post and try to start no power at all no lights test battery getting 13vdc
Check all fuses and wires connections there all good
Just need some serious help please

I'd suggest that you recheck all your connections to ensure solid correct connections, I would also recommend that you check your mega fuse (Located on side of your fuse box) condition and or check for continuity between both sides of the mega fuse.
