Pretty sure that it is still the Hankook tire that will be on it. Not sure if they changed the name of it though. The previous ones were Optimo. There are a few threads on the Hankook tires in the 'Discussion' sub forum. Very mixed reviews.

I saw the front grille of a '16 last night from a coworker and I dare to say, I think I like more the front end styling of our '11....

Considered a 15 but couldn't find options I wanted
And like the look of the refreshed 16 better.

Congrats, don't get me wrong, I would totally get a '16 over a '15 at this point.

Did Canadian build&price and got 3.7k CAD difference between Limited with 2.3 EB (57 639 CAD) and Platinum (61 339 CAD), of course Limited is equipped on par with Platinum. Seems to me Ford wants 3.7k more for an extra 1.2l engine displacement...

Well finally Ford.ca updated their site. I have been after them with phones calls and emails for over a month. I finally received a reply the other day that said she would look into this further with those responsible. Most replies/answers I received prior to that were, "we really don't know when it will be available".
Now having built my Platinum, I see it comes to $61,589. The only option I added was the 2nd row buckets and console and white platinum paint. I guess this price will likely increase by the time I'm ready to lease again, March/April 2017.

Actually, you get 1.2 litres +2 cylinders, one more turbo, real aluminum & wood in the interior, Nirvana Leather with Micro-perforation and Quilting, all digital cluster, and the upgraded 500 watts Sony system (vs. 390 watts in the Limited).

If your going for a fully loaded Limited, it is definitely worth going for the Platinum instead.

Yep I know I'm getting more if I go with Platinum. Im just guessing if aluminum and wood are really "real" in platinum?
BTW, Im sure all digital cluster is going to be along all trim levels

Yes it is real wood and aluminum in the Platinum. See post 289 for the 3 different clusters.

The other thing wich dissapoints me is 2.3l EB, I thought Ford would go with 2.7l EB instead like with all-new Edge Sport. Ex is quite big and heavy, so 2.7l EB would serve better.
And, of course, Ex Sport shouldve had 5.0l EB!

Holly Sh... fully equipped Edge Sport came up to 53 439 CAD. Kill me softly, please...

You think that's bad. The Platinum I'm thinking of getting around April 2017 is currently listed at just under $61k after I decided to delete the 2nd row buckets and console.

Sorry, no pics.
Not digging the rear end of the '16 ex either, the taillights suck being exposed out of the sheet metal, like a RAV4....
I just replied to another post about that. I wondered why the Highlander had those lights for the part few years. I read an article on the 2016 Explorer which mentioned it was for better aerodynamics.

What Ford should do for better aerodynamics is to align all the parts better! I saw all-new Edge yesterday and back door MISALIGNED AWFULLY!!!
Apparently it is constant for some years since my Ex's back door is misaligned too (and some others Exes I've seen in show room) but not that much as on that "ALL-NEW" EDGE.
It sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Am I able to insert images? The only option I have is to insert images from http

Oddly enough, the Edge is getting fantastic reviews and sales are WAY up. I was at my dealer on Saturday to see if the Explorers were in yet (they wern't).I sat in an Electric Spice Edge Sport and started it up and tried everything out. It feels pretty comfortable.

No doubt new Edge is great vehicle. I like it myself, but built quality should've been better...
