Jim and I ride year round and in most weather. Snow is the biggest problem as it hides obstacles and makes the trail alot more challenging..

Thanks for the comments Dave! As I told Matt I need to get a decent video editor so that I can see all the frames in the video...currently I can only see the 1st frame so cannot really edit them too well.. It would be great if you could come along on one of our trail rides, the more the merrier!

i really love that kid who just stands right in the middle...hes a darwin award waiting to happen

I take it you watched the video but didn't read the thread?

I haven't wheeled since the end of November. In between the holidays, my work schedule, a broken transmission vacuum modulator, the Patriots, and 5 birthday party's in January I haven't had time to hit any trails :(.

My buddy Jim grenaded his front axle in his Cherokee right before Xmas. His outer U-joints snapped off and he ended up chipping teeth on his Ring & Pinion while he was wheeling with other friends. We replaced the broken axle and installed new U-joints, but his rig is currently out of commission  until he get the funds to re-gear the diffs (swapping out the bad R&P)

Ewwwww. John, I don't know if he's sent anything out yet, but I can vouch for the guys you referred me to down in Attleboro in case neither of you are doing the job. They did fine work regearing both my axles!

Yeah I have the Neow guys # floating around. I believe I already gave it to Jim. He was looking to have the gears installed by another friend of ours (Jay) who works in a local shop. Unfortunately they both didn't realize what exactly was involved with installing a new R&P and the importance of getting it done correctly. As it stands now Jim is trying to save $$ to have someone else re-gear the Cherokee and get it back on the road. He is currently using an F250 work truck for transportation; It helps that his grandfather owns the company ;)

awsome video

I'm from the circa-boston area, where abouts was that video taken? Looks a little familiar, almost like powerline trail wheeling.

Its not a shop, its a few guys on NEOW (North East Online Wheelers) that have the equipment and do this work on the side.
