So I put in my 10,000k HIDs, and they were a little blotchy, and looked...not the best, plus ive been wanting to get all clears, so I finally ordered the 6 pc. set off eBay for my 92.

I got them today, and put them in....WOW they look so much better, they make the truck look way nicer, and more "stylish" you could say.

Plus my HIDs perform so much better.

I didnt get to take any pics, besides when I got home tonight, so it was dark. I got a new Samsung Instinct phone today so hopefully the pics are better than when I had my BB Curve lol.

(I have hyper-white APC bulbs, the bulb is blue but it puts out a white, looks great with the clear corners. I gotta replace the corner small bulbs)

Pics: (This one looks awesome!)

...They look great...I think that's what the first gen's should have come stock with...:biggthump

...You need to have amber lights or similar for your turns and parking lights though or you will def get a ticket..;)

Thanks, and i agree, it really does make it look more "stylish" (the only word i can think of) they just fit so much better than the amber ones, and the other stock headlights.

I wont get a ticket for those, they dont actually put out blue light, its more of a white/LIGHT amber color kinda cool, you cant tell from the pics though.

Is it legal to have anything but amber in the marker lights? I've been thinking about getting some of those superwhite bulbs.

Ill say this up front, since one member b*tched me out for supposedly saying something like this before...DONT MARK MY WORDS lol.

But i know the law anywhere is unless you have an emergency vehicle, white and amber up front, and red, amber, and white in back.

Those bulbs are blue, which during they day give the cool blue glow in the housing (if yours are clear) but at night they have a white-ish, hazel type of color, looks AWESOME if you ask me.

Do you have clear corners? Where are you wanting to put the hyperwhite bulbs?

..If you pull your light switch to the first click, anything light that is on the exterior is considered a park light and shall be amber...The tail lights are red...Legally, you are required to have reflective amber on the front sides and your tail lights have reflective red...

...These are viewable when the vehicle's lights are off, by other motorist as a safety element...;)

Ehh...nothing to back me up on that one lmao..but ive seen so many cars/trucks around here with the clear fronts, tails and reflectors so idk.

Hopefully its not a big deal.

I was thinking about putting some orange LEDs on the reflectors, kinda like a homeade "halo" style light, i also wanted todo a strip of amber LEDs in the blinkers, im gonna practice on the old amber ones tho haha

as promised, heres a couple pics in the daytime.

In the one pic, it looks like the passenger side light is messed up, its not, i just got into a little fender bender a while back and that fenders bent, as is my bumper too.

Im looking for a 92 red&tan eddie bauer passenger side fender btw... haha.

Heres the pics: (Sorry it was like foggy out this morning)

(I still hadn't aimed them yet, so the one headlight housing looks aimed way down)

I just put in the real APC blue bulbs, for the other courtesy lights, that are in the corners of the front blinkers on the 91-94's, i realized i had a couple extra bulbs, so while i was out re-aiming my HIDs i popped the bulbs in the sides, it looks pretty nice, and way better now (The bulbs i have in the main blinker/parking light are blue too, but a cheap rip off of APC, look at the difference
(In all the pics i take, the blinker main bulb looks white pretty much, but it actually has an amber tint...)
