Before I drop the dough on a new turn signal switch/assembly I want to run this bye you guys.

Right turn signal works fine.
Left turn does not blink inside on the dash or outside. Front left turn light comes on solid. Rear left does not come on. Arrow on dash is solid.

After looking at the wiring diagrams it seems that the switch is the only thing it could be. Would a bad lamp on the rear cause this?

I know on older cars (pre '90s) that if a bulb was burned out it would do as you have described.

I would check the bulbs, check your ground and your flasher unit first.

Just found a shot bulb. Aparently the flasher won't function if one bulb is down. Off to the auto parts store. Thanks Dan!

You're welcome.
