Dif gear oil capacity and type

Hey guys and gals I’m looking to change the dif oil on my wife’s sport trac 4x4 but I’m not 100% sure about the gear oil type. Anyone know the type and capacity? I already ordered the little pump to do the front dif so that won’t be a problem.

Something about 75w90 to the front dana 30 and 75w140 to the rear 8.8. Both capacities are approximated 2 or three quarts each
