Difference between 3.5L V6 24V MPFI DOHC and 3.5L TI-VCT V6 ENGINE

Looking at buying a 2018 XLT. Could someone help explain the difference between these two engines?

3.5L V6 24V MPFI DOHC and 3.5L TI-VCT V6 ENGINE

Welcome to the Forum Dave.
I don't know the specifics but the 2018 XLT has the 3.5L TiVCT V6 engine as standard. The option is a 2.3L I-4 Ecoboost.

On an XLT Im only aware of 1 naturally aspirated V6 engine option; it may simply be which V6 engine description is checked off by the dealer when they make up their ad.
