^^^also they look real cool! apparently society doesnt agree with us though! wouldnt mind one on the X, but theyre real pricey at least my antenna sticks up far and soon my roof basket- at least its no civic!

They do help with the sun a little, though most vehicles, the X included, have a tint at the top of the windshield to help with that too. But I like the 100% of these, also the grille lights add a nice touch in the look and visibility.

Yeah, they don't tend to be cheap, sadly. I got mine I think for like $300 on the X? It was literally never used, straight out of the original box. The one for the Rado, is used, clearly, and needs new wiring anyway. Though the little it needs can be dealt with, paint match being one of them. But not a lot of people like 'em, my family as a prime example cannot stand them. But hey, not their truck, they can deal with it, I want to be sure I'm seen, plus it looks nice to me, especially on these older trucks.
Also, the blue visor is the Rado visor

Okay, anyone got an idea here. Truck is making a whining sort of noise. Was
very intermittent, more and more often now though. Does it upon acceleration and deceleration, usually under 20mph its non existent, but today it was there even then, so. Turning left, it goes silent, some rare occasions going over a bump is all it takes for a quick second of silence. I'll test turning right in a few and come back. But my brother suggests that its brake indicators, I was originally thinking maybe a diff or wheel bearings, but at this point I'm not sure. So what are we thinking?? Can semi hear it here

Really can't hear it. Have you jacked up each wheel off the ground, turned them by hand and listened/felt for noise/resistance to movement? I saw Rainman Ray's repairs on You Tube doing just that to isolate noise/vibration.

Yeah, its kind of quiet even there. But I've found what I guarentee is the cause. Man I miss my 4wd being a single piece driveshaft, hate these two piece ones. The stupid carrier bearing in the center? It's literally melting and very much looks bent, which I could start to feel that a bit today, so now it's at a shop with the replacement because I ain't touching that again. Especially since I think I caused it anyway, took two of us to put the driveshaft together, and I think because we had it kind of already partially mounted to hold it as we did, think we messed it up and it's just slowly gotten worse to this point. So, fun! At least it's a cheap fix, part was about $50 yesterday, labor is about $50, could've been worse.
Still a bit odd that it sometimes sounded like it was on different sides while I was driving early on, but yesterday and today it was definitely sounding like it was dead center under me, right about where that support bearing is. So I may be all clear again, hopefully

And there, replaced the center support bearing, and so far so good. Noise is gone, its no longer rubbing there, think we're gold for now. Going to keep an eye on it though

Okay, I want some feedback, want some ideas for Halloween, just like I did last year for the X. I'm thinking, since I had anchor hooks points on the bed, hook some chains and hooks like I had on he roof rack and brush guard of the X last year, but dangle them from the sides of the bed..? Not sure what else to add off hand. I do want to swap my skull out for a bigger one. Or, I saw online, someone took a ram skull, threw it on the front, it would move up and down, eyes light up, and it blew fire!! That would be neat to to! Not this Halloween though. So, start listing ideas, I want to hear some creative stuff too!
Now if I got the visor setup like I'd like to, I can't go red like I did then, be set green, though I may not due to green still technically being illegal.

So till we have more decor suggestions, some more headlight and tail light photos, since I messed with my phones camera settings. Even though ya can only really see one tail light, I was backed up to the garage, couldn't really get a good angle

edit: also, finally able to park in the driveway for the first time in a while, so she sat next to my dads blazer and figured it was worth a shot! Chevy duo, like father, like son I guess

calling me out, ok ok! know im not very helpful. on halloween if you arent driving, maybe put some light up head in the windshield? some hands off the side of the truck, like zombie from monster jam?

And here we have it, rear lights are on and wired, straight off the reverse lights and not all the way to front like I did on the X, not being that stupid again. Working nicely, get to see 'em again tonight. Also, the front lightbar is on, but not wired up yet, maybe tonight, not sure when.

Still need Halloween ideas, we're getting closer

Okay, officially my favorite chevy thing. This hood lamp, you unwind it to move it where ya need, iirc, theres supposed to be a magnet on the back so it can be mounted on the hood and such, mine don't got that no more, but it's still so handy for working on the truck, as you can see by the length of it here...:
