Check this out. Whas does 720-01-01 show on yours ? That is what I changed just like here, GEM module Ford Explorer Sport Trac 2007 - FORScan forum I followed all his instructions and did the same thing as far as converting the values in 720-01-01. It worked. Let me save you time - If you have a 6 just change it to a 2. See the yellow highlighted digit. Good luck

thanks for trying but I don't have 720-01-01 mine start at 726-01-01

Just a thanks to @Larryjb .

The 06 we're putting on the road has some worn tires and questionable rims (curb rash and corrosion) while the 04 that we're retiring had new tires and unblemished rims, just no sensors. I've been looking for a few weeks to find some nice replacement wheels/tires with sensors, but for some reason those are harder to find than I would have thought. The switch is on now that I have the TPMS disabled. I'll probably change it back when I find some nice replacements for a decent price, but this works, for now.

Anyone looking to do this, modify the first table to all zeroes, ending in 2F. You're welcome.

Where exactly? I can disable the TPMS light on the instrument cluster at 720-01-01 but would like to disable it completely at 726-02-01

I too tilted at this windmill, but I settled for the IC disable. Truthfully it doesn't broadcast the fault all over the data bus or anything, it's just a code in the GEM sitting there until something asks, and I don't think the extra couple parts for the tpms receiver etc matter to anything else either so...

Attempting this now so where do I disable it?

could probably try coding 720-01-01 to 9905 09D4 E4, if it doesn't work - change it back
please note that this is only valid for the data provided in quoted message

:original note removed and replaced with excerpt below from forscan

edit:
expanding on the modification: (from the forscan forum)

To clarify,
1) use a hex to bin to convert your hex into bin.
From the address 720-01-01:
95057FFD converts to 10010101 00000101 01111111 11111101

2) change xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx 01xxxxxx xxxxxxxx to xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx 00xxxxxx xxxxxxxx

3) convert the new bin to hex and enter that into forscan.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

For the 08 Explorer in address 720-01-01:
xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx AABBxxxx xxxxxxxx
AA = 01, TPMS = on
AA = 00, TPMS = off

BB = 11, 4wd data to cluster = on
BB = 01 or 00, 4wd data to cluster = off

:from the forscan forum linked above it's bit 3 that needed the modification (adding "4" to the digit sum to enable, subtracting "4" to disable)
Worked thanks!
