Disabling the ABS

I was wondering if there is any way to disable the ABS without losing the speedo and cruise control in the process. I tried pulling the #14 fuse, and that's what happened. I'm the one who posted "ABS woes" a few days back. I know I should take it in to get it properly diagnosed, but I think it's not worth throwing any more money at the problem.

I pulled a fuse from the block under the hood on mine and didn't lose anything but I'm not sure what number the fuse was off the top of my head
