Is there any easy way to build my own DRL setup? I want some that will cut the voltage like the OEM one. So I don't burn throught bulbs so fast. Any Ideas?

Your best bet is to purchase the OEM one from Ford. I checked a long time ago and it was reasonable, like 80 bucks or so.

I can get it for 69 i think. But thats no fun! :)

I actually mounted a pair of Pilot Driving lights (Dead Link Removed) underneath my main aux lights on my Safari Bar (sorry, I don't have a pic, I'll get one tonight) and they work very good. I have them switch mounted so that during the day, I keep them on, but at night when I have my main lights on, I keep them off. I'll shoot up a pic tonight.

Like you, I wanted something 'differen't and this was my idea :)

Ry.
