Do i need to re-gear?

Do i need to re-gear if i put 33's on a 92 explorer w/a 5.5 lift v6, 4x4 with factory gears or suggest wat size tires i should go with

That depends on what your stock gear ratio is. If its 4.10s, then you are probably okay.

I'm running 33's with 3.73s and a 5 spd, takes a little to get going, but nothing too bad

I have 31's with 3.55's and a stick and it sucks in the city. It has no power whatsoever and I get really bad mileage. But on road trips on the highway I get 23-24 mpg. But you need to know what gears you have now first.

i also have 33's with 3:73's and auto its ok. if you dont know your stock gears check the axle code on your driver door and tell us what it is.

Even with my supercharger 3.73s and 33s sucked. I now have 4.30s (only an option for 2wd X's).

I agree with Alec, I don't like 3.73s and 33s. Highway and passing power is basically non-existant. I'm ordering 4.56s today I think.
