A little confused... I found that when I was looking for a 6" suspension lift for my 92 Explorer... It says that is what it is for but in the description it says it is for Jeeps. I am just curious to know if Pro Comp actually makes a lift kit like this that not only lifts it but also converts the rear from leaf to coil springs. TIA.

No, it's for a Jeep. The Pro Comp company's full name is "Explorer Pro Comp", which is why it says Explorer Stage 2 lift etc. It won't fit your truck.
