Does this brush guard seem really really cheap to anyone??

i found this going through ebay....looks like it could possibly mounted to the bumper.

Yeah it seems cheap. I don't like the lousy quality of the website, it speaks about the company. And the vertical bars of the guard are black while the rest is chrome. Sounds fishy to me..

I also think the bar loks cheap as well. I don't like the black/chrome look of it. (just my 2 cents)
