Don't know what to do. Tranny slips when hit bump

When I hit a hard bump on passenger side the transmission has problems moving from 2nd to 3rd gear. Makes a lot of noise. Changed transmission fluid and filter. Fluid was very dirty. Small clutch particles was in the fluid.

What did you use for transmission fluid?

It was Castrolling high mileage. What was recommended for this truck. Put in about 9 quarts
