door ajar issue

I just bought a 97 5.0 explorer. Have taken care of nearly all of the neglected maintenance by the previous owners. I am down to two issues, lights out in the gauge cluster, and door ajar error. Leaving the cluster lights for another two weeks, when my ranger and explorer get to trade drivetrains.

Anyways, door ajar light is on, get annoying beeps, overhead lights stay on for a minute or so.
From what ive done so far, i believe the problem is the rear hatch. I can open any of the 4 doors, and get a beep.
Where is the door switch on the rear hatch?
Has anyone else had this issue?

Was bored tonight, and tore into the rear hatch. Problem ended up being a seized sensor on the latch for the glass.

For future reference, each door latch has a sensor built into it. Easy way to test them is simply to unplug the wire, as that will simulate door closed.
