Door Hinges

My drivers door is drooping slightly. Pest when I close door it doesent always close fully.
My question is do I have to replace hinges or just the pins?

replace the pins and bushings. there are universal kits for them.

with you being from the uk, i can tell you where you can get them locally, but i just went on ebay and found a set
