Door lock / Handle

Got a 94 limited sploder with 2 door problems.... 1st) on the drivers rear door when you hit the power locks it just sounds like a machine gun going of. Lock opens and closes if you push / pull.

2nd) on passenger rear door, the door will not open from inside or outside... I never messed with this stuff before so I'm SOL for now

Any help would be appreciated

Check these first. They're child safety locks, you can see them with the door open. Chances are, though, you will be pulling the door panels & buying a few parts: panel fasteners at the least and possibly some fasteners for the linkages. Use a proper door panel removal tool. Wouldn't hurt to have a spray lube handy as well. Tell us what you find in there, I'm sure others here will chime in.
