Can anyone tell me how to fix a broken driver door on a 94 Explorer?
The driver door will not open from the inside handle. The power locks function correctly, and the door opens fine from the outside handle. While sitting inside the truck with the doors locked, pulling the handle "pops-up" the lock but doesn't open the door. Sitting inside with the doors unlocked, pulling the handle does nothing.
Is this a linkage problem inside the door itself? If so, how easy is it to fix?
Can anyone shed some light on this for me? I will greatly appreciate it.

it sounds like the linkage they have plastic retainer bushings at the ends of them its common for the bushings to wear out/ break and then the linkage wont work. pull the door panel off peel back the vapor barrier and check to ensure all of the linkages are in place you can pick up new bushings at any parts place on the "help" rack
