does anyone know where I can find lengths of drive shafts for expos in all trims?

or maybe if there are any between 50-3/8 and 50-5/8

As far as I know the only difference between first gens' length was determined by whether or not it was a 4 door or a sport.

I know that Ranger driveshafts (can) interchange as well, giving more options for variable lengths.

Did you want to know just to know or was there some specific reason you were searching for this?

i have a 1970 mustang and I bought it without a drive shaft and it needs one that is 50-5/8 and i got one off an expo that was 51-1/2 then found another was 50-3/4

I was hoping that it would make a difference if it was auto or 5 speed or 4x2 or 4x4

Oh, that I'm not entirely sure on.

To my knowledge the only difference is between two and four door.

From reading people who have done spring over axle in the back though it seems like Ford had pretty lax tolerance on driveline length. Some people going spring over needed to extend their shaft and others didn't so evidently Ford must have set a min and max length with a few inches of "wiggle room" for whoever made the shaft for them.

That's what I've gathered at least.
