drive shaft

im doing the shackles TT and a 3'' BL i heard this can somehow mess up my driveshaft if someone could help me out and let me know that would be sweet thanks

If TT and a 3" body lift screwes up drive shafts then my 10+inch lift is gonna kill my explorer.
