My '04 Limited (4.6) drones or vibrates over 55 mph. If I keep a load on the driveline, it's not as pronounced.......If i let slack in the driveline (IE like I was trying to get good fuel mileage) it drones and vibrates. If I run it up to 70 and shift to neutral...it vibrated badly. All newer wheel bearings and new rear u joints. Thinkin' it's either the transfer case (there is some (slight) play up & down on the transfer case where the rear driveshaft attaches....makes a slight click when moved up & down) or the rear driveshaft (there is a (very) small amount of up & down play @ the slip joint.
Running @ 60mph...if I engage the 4wd I vibrates worse as well.....any thoughts??
