Driver side door won't lock or unlock by fob...

Hi, everyone,
I have a 2015 explorer limited edition.
My driver side front door won't lock or unlock by fob button or button locate on the driver door. I can only lock front driver door by press down the black stick on the window and unlocked by door handle.

All rest of three door works fine. They can lock or unlock by fob button or door button.

Anyone has the same issue? And how to fix it?

Will the door lock/unlock using the keyless (Securicode) entry pad?

Sounds like the lock solenoid is bad.

Thanks, I just checked. Keyless pad won't work either. All other three door work fine with keyless pad.
