Does anyone have a parts vehicle that can cut me a deal on a steering knuckle?

Any salvage yards where you live? I believe any Gen II (1995-2001) 4x4 (or AWD) front knuckle would be the same (4-dr Explorer, Explorer Sport or Mountaineer). I believe the Ranger knuckles are different.

Yes there are salvage yards here.. but they are only 25$ cheaper than new. They aren't trying to make money.. THEY ARE TRYING TO GET RICH!

I have a transfer case and rear differential I can part with

My local U Pulls only want $24 for one. Can hardly ship one for that.

Yeah, I don't live near the pull-a-part anymore, but I can't see them charging more than around $25 for a used steering knuckle and it's not like there aren't an abundance of Gen II Explorers in their yard. Even my rip-off local yard wouldn't charge more than $60, and they're so expensive I don't even go there anymore.

I found one locally for$33 thank you
