Drivers Door Jammed

Ok, so my drivers door jammed and the only way to open it is to pull the handle from inside when its locked (Reaching in from the back drivers side door and pulling handle). The key won't turn it to unlock it, and the keyless won't either. Anyone know what the problem might be?

does the handle pull out like normal, but without any resistance? Or does it stop half way?
