How much does the mass of a drive line contribute to vibration? I have done the 4406 part time T-Case swap and have more or less had slight front drive shaft vibrations. A local dealer owed me a favor so they built this shaft.

It is 2" tube. From what I have read on everyone's 4406 swap. Most have used the Expedition shafts. They are a fair amount smaller than my shaft and have had almost Zero complaints of shaft vibrations. Just curious if I is worth my time and money to search for an Expedition shaft to put it and see if that fixes my problems? Also the slip spline when you push up and down o the shaft seams to have a slight play, should there be some or should it be rock solid? Thanks!
