hey everyone new here. ok so i just bought a 2008 sport trac limited with the 4.0l and i have been searching for exhaust systems and know that just like the f150's there are virtually no true dual exhausts on the market due to the fact that the transfer case basically in the way. i have found a flowmaster DIY dual exhuast kit that supplies you with all tubing necessary to build your own dual exhaust (comes with all the tubes pre bent and long enought to cut and weld to your application). i am confident that i can come up with a way to go around the transfer case, make the H pipe, and have a true dual exhaust but, my question is what diameter tubing would be best for the 4.0l v6 and if it will pop a CEL due to the higher flow rate. i know its definitely possible because it does have 4 O2 sensors and i can more than likely fabricate it to be even on both sides while going around the transfer case. any advice/ help would be much appreciated.
