where can i find a good LOUD dual exhaust for my 99 XLT? i want it to be loud....i kind of bet my grilfreinds brother that i kould get myne louder than the one on his 2003 Corvette, even though his sounds like a boat when he passes by.....but mine is going to be LOUD

if you want realy loud and dont mind the drone, go with flowmaster 40 original flow. damn that thing is loud

a 40 series flow wont beat a corvette for loudness. to win this just cut off your muffler. after you beat him get a 40 series i love mine, my dads 77 vette with glass packs is still louder though

yea i dont think ill ever b able to compete honestly........but i KNOW i can out-bang him stereo wise

anyway so a 40 series would probally be my best bet? what would be an average price, installed and everything? (like whats the most i should be willing to pay)

Corvette has a 40? Only way to beat it is use no muffler and perhaps remove your cats.

from wut my freind said, the V8 parts are to kind of upgrade your V6 to a V8..........i dunno if he right, and i really dont know, but i think it like......increases HP or somethin

well the power parts will give you more hp/torque, but i promise.....it wont magically turn your 6 banger into a big 8

PS. If you want LOUD, build a short straight pipe with no Muffler, no Cats... Dang! That'll be loud.

explorer express sells powerparts for the v8 and the v6.. i assure u that the v8 power parts wont fit the v6 motor. They do sell 2 stages worth of v6 power parts.. with things like a MAF and a Hi flow Intake kit
