DVD Headrest and other options questions

I want to add a aftermarket dvd player to my 2016 sport. I opted out of the factory one. If I was to order system audiovoxx ones that match the ex. Would they be plug and play? Or would all new wiring need to be run? Basically is there some wiring harness in the seat? And what plays the dvd?

I ordered the AudioVox Advent dual headrest system with game pack all in $1200 for a 13 Acadia Denali and it was plug and play. I think it's a better system then the Ford OEM Invision LT series. Since getting the Invision system have had 3 replaced under warranty. Their headrest quality was very good and looked exactly like OEM.
