2011 Flex Ecoboost
I took my Flex today to get a dyno done before the new ATP turbos get here next week. This dyno is the stock turbos upgraded with a billet stock size (48mm) compressor wheel on my baby Garrett GT15 stock turbos. I was fighting some tuning gremlins but we were able to get this run out clean rolling in late at 3500RPM to WOT. I had another dyno that actually hit 480+ HP but the throttle closed and shut the run down.

The crazy curves are due to us having to baby the car into high boost, I need to do a better job of tuning fuel AND the car was lifting off the rollers if we floored it down low. The previous curves were from when I dyno'd my car on E85/91 octane mixture with stock turbos.

With the ATP's I'm hoping for 600WHP soon on the Flex, hopefully 2 to 3 weeks.

Can't wait to see what the turbos do on the truck!

BTW, this car now holds the record for highest HP Ecoboost ANYTHING.

Just remember this graph is NOT CLEAN! It was us compensating for the ECU fighting us and the aux fuel system. We had to roll into the throttle get the HP and then roll out quickly.

impressive for a stock block.

Got a video of the dyno? Id love to hear what it sounds like.

No but my new turbos are shipping tomorrow, these are a serious upgrade form stock or stock + billet compressor wheels. I'm hoping to be at 600WHP in the next 2 or weeks (hopefully sooner!)
:)

Nice numbers. Looks like some drive by wire tuning and torque table stuff would help fix your closing throttle issue.

These new cars like to control everything.

Do you have any insider tips? I'm having zero luck getting any info from SCT.

Who's doing the tuning? It could be that the LOAD is maxing out at 1.9 as that's the highest you can bump it to. You could try scaling Displacement to adjust LOAD down. Also was the difference in Intake Volume adjusted for your new intake?

Was it going into Fail Safe or just closing the throttle blade? Also could be a wheel speed discrepancy if the front tires were burning out and the rears were not. If you can datalog spark, throttle position relative, throttle position actual, and Spark Table you can see what the computer is doing.

I would have to pull up my software as its been a while since I looked at it. I know there are a coupe other tables you can watch to see what car is doing.

For the dyno I saw the car trend lean and then the throttle close as part of it's nannies. Fuel was good on the road before and after... I didn't bring my laptop so I couldn't update my aux fuel ECU to fix it.
New turbos going in this weekend and we'll spend a ton of time getting it dialed in! :)
Look for 600WHP soon on the new ATP turbos (if the block don't blow).
