Easy Bumper?

I borrowed my friends welder and its a really nice welder and easy to weld with and I borrowed it to make a rear hitch reciever and i'm thinking while i have the welder I might as well use it to build a bumper. I'm not very good so I need a easy build and i don't want to make hard angles and I don't have a tube bender so I would like it not to be a tube bumper but i need to have a spot for a winch. Thanks for the help hopefully not to much trouble. Pictures would be very helpful! thanks

You can buy a 5"x5" 3/16" piece of steel about 65" long and cut off one side. That will slide perfectly over your rear frame. Just fab up some brackets to bolt it on, cut a hole in the center to burn in the trailer hitch and paint it. Simple, Reliable, Strong

Any ideas for the front bumper? Sorry I meant front bumper I already have the reciever. Thanks
