Ecoboost 3.5 / max continuous RPM known ?

My 2001 U2 had a recommended max RPM at about 3150 (manual).

Has Ford a recommendation/instruction for the EB 3.5 ?

As known have many US cars a problem with continuous high speed...here in Germany we have no limit, but I try (try ) to hold the car at about 150 km/h (90 mph) and then I have about 2600 RPM...

I would be more concerned about the PTU with sustained high speeds.

I AM concerned about the (my) PTU...but earlier has Ford given a direct recommendation (as I wrote above) !

I don't recall seeing anything posted here or any other place. Unless you're planning on doing some F1 racing I wouldn't worry about it.

F1 racing...no ! But it`s possible to drive here 110 mph 1 hour or longer / especially in night...BUT: I will not damage my car...so if there is a recommendation.............as Ford (Ford self / manual for my 2001 U2 !) has given !

Ford has not set a recommended RPM. There is nothing in the Manual.

Sorry, didn`t say: I mean the german manual (as known has Ford Germany imported the Windstar and the Explorer and sold these models in Germany until 2001)...and: max CONTINUOUS rpm...
