hi all.
my battery is draining over a 4 to 5 hour period. i pull the positive off the post with the key off and there is a draw when i put it back on.

i can see and hear the sparks and i hear a bunch of stuff clicking and buzzing in the engine compartment.

i pulled the fuse for the eec relay and there is no more clicking. is the clicking and buzzing normal? every time i take the positive off and put it back on i hear it. but not with the fuse out. there is no draw on the battery either . would a faulty eec drain the battery or is it the pcm?

thanks to all who reply

It could be the PCM itself, but I would expect it to more likely be any number of other components that get power through the EEC relay. I would suggest you first get a wiring diagram and see if you can track isolate to a specific circuit within the engine management system.

i also have a in the EEC system? pull EEC fuse draw is gone? EEC relay or fuel pump relay im thinking? i do not no where they are located? i am stumped? need ETM
