Electric fan, Electric Water pump?

Does anyone know where I can get an electric radiator fan and are there an company's make an elactric water pump for the 4.0L

I would like to do that upgrade myself but had no luck with my research

Electric fan.... well you can use the search button.

Electric water pump..... I'm not really sure, but generally speaking, not really worth it for most applications you can use an explorer for.
