i was wondering if someone can point me to the right direction,
last night i left my Explorer 2001 Sport on the 4wd high position for the night, and when i came to the truck in the morning, the battery was drained - i didn't think this is such a big deal and just started it with cables, but today, while in 4wd high if breaking (and the ABS will engage), the ABS light will turn on, the speedometer will get crazy, and my radio will turn off.
after a few secounds it will go back to normal...
also, sometimes the 4wd light will turn off, then on then off again and on again,
it will not happen is i am in 2WD, even if the ABS will engage, just 4wd...
It sure looks like an electrical problem, some kind of a short, but only in 4wd?
I am far from being an expert, but if it was a problem with the ABS sensors or whatever, it should have also happen while in 2wd, so i am lost.
I would appriciate any input.
