Electrical Issue?

Hello there! I'm new to the forum and need some help. I have recently purchased an 02 sport trac and the rear driver's brake lights and turn signal do not work. Tried replacing the bulb and fuse and that is not the problem. Any suggestions on what to do next to troubleshoot besides taking it to someone?
