I just a quick search on the forum but didn't find any related to a 2011+ Ex.
Sorry if this has been covered in the past.

The 12v outlet in my trunk and under the radio don't work. What is the easiest method of replacing them or could it just be a fuse?

Also, the 3 pronged outlet in the back next to the rear climate controls is so loose a laptop power cord will just fall off, is there any way to make the connector stiffer so it actually holds the cords I plug into it?

Thanks.

Have you read the manual? You can gently adjust the width of the prongs of your plug to make it fit tighter.

According to your Owner's Guide, each Power Point has its own fuse. Have you checked the fuses?
