HELP!! Electronic message center install...

Can I install an electronic message center from a 4 dr 2000 explore into my 2 dr 1996 Explorer? Are all the wiring harenesses and sensors already present in my 1996? Mostly importantly, will it work accurately?

Extra credit-- where are the temperature sensors located from the over head compass/temp guage?
