Guys, I am 1 year into my brothers replacement of the tensioners, guides, chains and gears on his 99 Explorer 4.0(SOHC).
could anyone be kind enough to snap a few closeup shots of there engine bay at the front, drivers and passenger side?
I finally have everything back together except the a few of the electrical connectors and vacuum lines. I have collected a few good pics from the forum after some searching.
I am having trouble getting the main harness to lay properly under the lower intake manifold, more specifically how the front of this harness lays near the water temp sensor. Also there are a few connectors on the driver and passenger side I'm lost with.
I now wish I would have snapped a few shots before the tear down, but never anticipated it would be down this long do to his funding and job status. Thankfully I have an old pickup he has borrowed to limp around in since I have taken on this project.
Any help would be much appreciated. Luke
