engine cutting out- multiple codes

My 02 Sport Trac is jerking and cutting out badly at various RPMs and sometimes dies at stop lights. Check engine light is on with codes P0102, P0171, P0172, and P0175 so lean and rich codes are all over the place. The weird thing is if I unhook the battery for 10 minutes it runs great since the computer resets. Ideas where to start? Maybe MAF cleaning?

Find out what the codes are referencing first!

P0102, MAF sensor. Try cleaning it. Look at temperature sensor readings with a scan tool capable of live data. Also look at long term fuel trims.
