Knowing I have to replace the fuel pump to eliminate the whine, and hopefully reduce the rough idle, I decided to pull the error codes.
I used the volt meter method in the Haynes manual. [ I felt like I was using an Ovaltine spy decoder!]
I ended up with error codes that were not listed in the book:
KOEO:
17, 31, 79
Running:
36, 53 [book says TPS but I just replaced it?], 85
Any help would be appreciated!
****FYI: Just found a link to error codes, also self test with CEL******:
