from this point on my brother (he's 15) will have to pay for any modifications. my parents will drive it as is until he gets his license then he will be able to throw on rims of his choice etc. (if he can make the money)

Yeah, that looks really good. Kennebell makes a supercharger for it. 18 inches of chrome all around and a 2" drop would look nice.
