EVAP - CodeP0442

Hey everyone, I know there has been quite a few posts on this code (P0442).
Its a small leak in the EVAP system.
I've replaced my gas cap and reset and now the code came back, about 10 days later.

Where is the EVAP located on the 2000 Ex. Any suggestions of what to do, without getting too deep into things?

the canister is located under the dash however the evap valve is on top of the gas tank, so the only way to really check the whole system is to drop the tank. could be a bad evap valve or just the sensor. My moms taurus had the same problem and I ended up dropping the tank and replacing the entire valve assembly...

It's not too bad depending on the rust quota under your rig...
