Just replaced the catalytic converter assembly on my 2002 Explorer 4.6L V8. It was a pain to get in. After installation, found that the driver's side has a exhaust leak on top between the converter housing and the heat shield. The assembly cam from RockAuto. They will replace it if I tear it out and send it back but the replacement may have the same problem. I would like to fix this. Anybody else had this problem and know the best way to fix it?
