Exo or internal cage better??

Good Day all,

I am going to do a role cage soon and want to know what the low-down is.

I see many Exo's as late but what are the pro and cons around them, versus the traditional internal roll cage.

And for those with Exo's, how do they hold up in a role-over and such? I have heard there is some question as to their integrity during a roll or crash…

I would suggest reading some of the post in this thread here as it has alot of information regarding both of them, the pros and Cons of each.....
I cant really give you an Opion on them as i havent done the research on them yet to make my own opion or state any facts.....
