I just had an engine put into my 93 explorer and it was making a ticking noise when i accelerated and there was almost no power, i put in new fuel injectors and fixed a few vacuum leaks and shorts, it has more power now but when accelerating it makes a ticking noise from the exhaust and it smells kind or like sulfer...could this be a plugged converter or lifters maybe? anyone with anything they have to ofer is appreciated
