I'm not able to turn on the explorer switch on v6's electronic injection control.

the v8 ecu can be used on the v6 no problem ive done several hundred of them swaps with no issues

ship me the ecu and ill reprogram it, ill send you back some instructions on which wires need to be moved in the ecu connector, thats assuming you kept the v8 harness and just left two of the injectors unplugged
