You have my condolences. Looks to me like it's all her fault, but how does New Jersey rate accidents? I know in Illinois everyone involved in an accident is given a "precentage of fault." The belief being that every accident is in some way avoidable. Assuming New Jersey doesn't do that, it looks like her insurance will be buying you a new truck.

I think you may hold some of the blame for passing stopped traffic so quickly in the right lane. It still looks like it may be mostly her fault.

First of all glad you're both okay. Those old Town Cars are big and heavy, heavier than the Explorer I bet. Both are certainly totalled.

As for fault, don't be so sure my guess is shared fault. Yes she crossed a double yellow BUT you drove along a line of stopped traffic at the speed limit. Thats a situation where a driver has a responsibility to be cautious and that means slowing down. Thats a dangerous situation to be in, any second one of those cars could get tired of waiting and swing into your lane or, as you found out, someone could poke through being unable to see the traffic in your lane through the stopped cars.

My guess is it will be shared fault.

as doug says there is no shared fault here. i talked to one of the cops from that township. he said most definately it will be her fault. i wait until tomorrow for the police report.
