i don't know if i'm just halucinating or not, but i swear that i've seen somewhere before that someone was running f150 shocks on their explorer with the tt and war shackles. they are supposed to be longer right? and do they work/fit where the shocks are supposed to go? i need to get new shocks because the stock ones are dead and i need more wheel travel and longer shocks now with the tt add a leaf/shackle lift. thanks for any imput.

The valving on the shock wont be right. Its going to be stiffer due to the weight of and f150 vs a X.
Why not contact Shane at Bilstein Tech Support and see what hes got to say about a shock to fit your needs.

Hey Doug, you going to the Expo tonight up in OC that everyone's talking about on RDC? I'll be there, say hello if you see me. I'll be wearing a black "underhills" t-Shirt and a Red CTI2 hat.

With only a WAR lift in the rear, the stock size shock should fit fine. They are a lot longer in the rear then they really need to be. And oh yeah, get Bilsteins.
